Our Mission
Outline works towards being an equal opportunities organisation and has its own Equal Opportunities Policy. It will aim to serve the entire community irrespective of sex, race, age, nationality, physical ability, religious belief or social class. We have noticed how those seeking help, advice or support tend to e-mail us (rather than speak to us directly over the telephone) much more these days. A lot of good information is available easily and readily on the internet. The nature of our work has changed and we are adapting to meet this different approach. However, at the end of the day, when the chips are down and we really are desperate it’s so much more comforting to hear another human voice and be able to talk to a real person. That’s why we exist.
Funding
Our funding has come from various sources including: The National Lottery 'Awards for All', Surrey Primary Care Trust, Elmbridge Borough Council, Woking Borough Council and from private donations including our patron, the pop star, George Michael.
If you are interested in supporting us and donating to our charity find out more.
