We offer confidential, nonjudgmental support, advice, guidance and information over the telephone and online.
Our help line is open from 7:30pm to 10:00pm every Tuesday and Sunday, or you can leave a message outside of these times and we will call you back.You can also contact us via our online form or by

Our team of trained volunteers are here to help in the strictest confidence.
Although we take calls from all over the UK and abroad, Outline has a specific knowledge base of services available to the people of Surrey and neighbouring counties.
